My integrative and humanistic counselling orientation draws from several theoretical approaches and is personalized to the unique needs and expectations of each client.
I am interested in the holistic integration of emotions, thoughts, behaviours, and spiritual aspects of clients and the issues they bring to counselling.
I can assist you to better understand yourself, create more choices for yourself, and make positive, growth-enhancing changes in your life.
I provide therapy for people who want support with:
- previous trauma
- early physical, emotional, and/or sexual abuse
- marital/relationship problems and mediation
- personal growth issues
- depression, or anxiety/panic, and
- transition issues experienced by adults, as well as by youth, and their families.
I incorporate the practices of mindfulness, experiential awareness, and stress reduction so that clients get the most out of their counselling sessions.
