Approach

I genuinely enjoy being part of a client’s journey. Your feelings matter. I welcome all parts of you with empathy, compassion, and a touch of humor.

My approach to therapy is client-centered, trauma-informed, and collaboratively tailored to your individual needs. Using an attachment lens, I aim to provide a safe, supportive environment so that we can uncover your strengths and help you navigate challenges. I’m here to help you transform negative habits and work through your own barriers to change and growth. Mindfulness, polyvagal activation, and body awareness are integral parts of our work together.
